TheatreSourceLA started with a dream: to make LA’s theatre scene as vibrant, accessible, and diverse as the city itself. A few passionate artists and performers got together with a big idea—to create a space where everyone from fresh-faced actors to seasoned directors could come together, build their skills, and just make awesome theatre happen.

Fast forward a few years, and here we are—a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a growing creative community dedicated to lifting each other up, one show, workshop, and laugh at a time. We’re here to break down the barriers that often stand between artists and opportunity. Whether it’s hands-on training, epic collabs, or live performances, TheatreSourceLA is where theatre lovers of all backgrounds can connect, experiment, and take creative risks in a supportive, no-judgment zone.

Why do we do it? Because we believe theatre should be for everyone—from the actor just starting out to the director with a big vision, and the audience member who just loves a good story. We’re all about creating spaces where voices are heard, stories are celebrated, and community comes first.

So, if you’re ready to jump into the world of LA theatre, make some friends, and maybe even change the world (or at least someone’s day), TheatreSourceLA is here for you. Let’s make magic on stage and keep LA’s theatre community thriving!

We’re here for everyone—actors, designers, directors, and anyone who’s got a creative itch they need to scratch. Our workshops, training sessions, and performance opportunities are designed to help you level up, make connections, and bring your wildest artistic visions to life. Whether you’re just starting out or have years on the stage, TheatreSourceLA is your space to grow and get inspired.

Why do we do this? Because we believe in the power of theatre to shake things up, bring people together, and celebrate all the awesome, diverse stories out there. LA’s got so much talent, and we’re here to help it shine!
